Manchester Pride may only light up the city for ten days each year, but planning the festival and running the charity is a full-time all year job for its management team.

We must also thank the team of volunteers who work their socks off all year round to help make the festival such a great success.

Festival Director - Jackie Crozier

Jackie is responsible for the creative direction and strategic management of Manchester Pride. Jackie is directly responsible for the recruitment and management of volunteers and first point of contact for community groups, parade, lifestyle expo and market participants. Other responsibilities including programming of the Big Weekend entertainment, development of the Fringe festival and liaising with key partners to deliver a safe and successful event.

Deputy Festival Director - Darren Adams

Darren is responsible for managing Manchester Prides finances including budgets and charity management. Darren liaises with all businesses and residents within the event site with regard to accreditation requirements and also manages the sales of tickets throughout the village outlets. Other duties include the preparation of funding bids and maximising fundraising and sponsorship opportunities.

Festival Coordinator - Nicola Fisher

Nicola is responsible for the Community Events Grant Scheme, the activities in the Village Square, and collating the events taking place within Pride Fringe. Other reponsibilities include updating the website and managing delivery of e-bulletins.
