At TUI, we’re proud to stand with our LGBTQ+ colleagues and celebrate diversity and inclusion in everything we do. It's reflected in our partnerships, our actions, and the vibrant community we foster across the business. Our LGBTQ+ employee network, now over 300 colleagues strong, plays a vital role in shaping inclusive policies, raising awareness, and creating safe spaces for everyone to be their authentic selves. In 2025, we’ve proudly sponsored five major Pride events: Pride Cymru, Birmingham Pride, Manchester Pride, Berlin Pride, and Gran Canaria Pride. By supporting these celebrations, we’re amplifying LGBTQ+ voices and reaffirming our commitment to making travel – and the workplace – welcoming for all.
