MCR Pride Live Clear Bag Policy

To ensure the safety of everyone in attendance at MCR Pride Live, we will be operating a strict clear bag policy.

Please read the below information carefully.

If you wish to bring more belongings into MCR Pride Live than can fit in your pockets, a clear bag will be required.

Bag Safety Requirements:

- All bags must be 100% transparent
- Only one bag per person
- Bags must be no bigger than A4 size
- Bags must be made of clear plastic, vinyl or PVC

Personal hygiene items may of course be kept inside a small inner bag for discretion.

You are still able to bring items in your pockets as normal.

A one gallon re-sealable clear freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) can also be used.

Security at MCR Pride Live will be strict and precise. If you attempt to bring a bag outside of the specifications detailed, entry will be refused. Please note that there are no locker facilities at MCR Pride Live, so any unsuitable bags will need to be left at home or at your accommodation for the weekend.

The clear bag policy applies to MCR Pride Live only and is in place for your safety.
