TERMS OF ENTRY
Thank you for purchasing a ticket to this year’s Manchester Pride Festival. The cost of your ticket contributes towards the delivery of the event and enables Manchester Pride to maximise fundraising efforts. Please observe the following Terms & Conditions relating to your ticket and entry into the event.
THE POSSESSION OF THIS TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLY AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO OBSERVE THEM.
Tickets, Wristbands, Pledge Bands and all accreditation remain the property of Manchester Pride Ltd and are subject to these Terms and Conditions.ADMISSION TO THE EVENT
Management reserve the right to eject or refuse entry to any persons not wearing official accreditation from the event areas. Any individual acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by management inside the event may be asked to leave.
You are purchasing a ticket which is exchanged for a Pledge Band for Manchester Pride Festival and not purchasing a ticket or Pledge Band to see a specific artist or performer.
The ticket and Pledge Band allows you access into the event sites (capacities permitting) and access into supporting Village bars (please note additional entry charges may apply for door entry in bars and clubs which is beyond the control of Manchester Pride).
We have a limited number of weekend and day tickets available each day. Once day tickets have sold out, an allocation of weekend tickets may still be available to purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the holder to event spaces if, in the reasonable opinion of the organiser, the admission of the holder to the event space might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the event, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively and/or we have reached capacities within the event space.CAPACITIES WITHIN STAGES/ARENAS
Please note there are restricted capacities within the event arenas as well as outdoor spaces, parks and tented structures. Once they reach the maximum capacities, there will be no further admissions. However, entry may be permitted on a 1 in, 1 out basis. You are not guaranteed admission to these areas in such cases. We cannot guarantee you will be granted access to the performance arenas once they reach full capacity.
The organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the Events.YOUR TICKET
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets can only be refunded if the event does not take place.
Please keep your ticket safe, under no circumstances will replacement tickets or Pledge Bands be issued if they are lost.
Tickets for Manchester Pride's The Big Weekend should only be bought from authorised agents and not street sellers as you may be purchasing an invalid ticket. Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain will render it void.
Tickets must be exchanged for an official Pledge Band or Wristband and must be visible at all times.
Time(s) day(s) and date(s) of the event may be subject to change.
Pledge Bands and Wristbands are water resistant and are to be worn at all times to gain access to the events. Refunds or exchanges will not be given for ripped or broken Pledge Bands or Wristbands.
Ticket conditions are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed on the premises. In the event of a breach of this contract by the organisers, the organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach which was not reasonably foreseeable by the supplier at the date of this contract.
No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without the prior written permission from Manchester Pride Ltd. This includes official Manchester Pride sponsors and media partners.CHANGES TO THE BILLING
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs. Your ticket is for the event and not to see a specific artist or band.
Manchester Pride Ltd reserves the right to change the bill or running time without prior notice.
There are disabled facilities including viewing platforms in staged arenas. Once capacities on the viewing platforms are reached. There are accessible toilets around the event. For further accessibility information, please visit our website.
Children 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Lost children should be reported to a member of security or the Police as a matter of urgency.PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING
Ticket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish Manchester Pride to use your picture, please inform the photographer.BE RESPONSIBLE

- No alcohol or glass to be brought into the Events.
- The Manchester City Council bye-law prohibits street drinking outside the Event.
- It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces.
- No animals allowed on site with the exception of Assistance Dogs.
- Strictly no illegal substances are permitted within the Events.
- Persons entering the events may be searched as a condition of entry.
- No bicycles
- No unauthorised trading
- No street peddling
- No street promotion
- No fly posting
- No laser pens
- No selfie sticks
