Aer Lingus colleagues, friends and families will represent our airline in the 2025 Pride Parade, as we bring our Airlines unique charm to the streets of Manchester. Expect a lot of Green and a lot of colour!
As a celebration of LGBTQ+ people and culture, the Pride Parade plays a crucial role in promoting diversity, inclusion and belonging within our organisation. Over 200 Aer Lingus colleagues and allies have participated in previous parade years, helping to build an electric atmosphere at this legendary event.
As part of our investment in workplace diversity, we have established ProudFlies, the Aer Lingus LGBTQ+ and Allies Network, with the aim of building an inclusive, open community — and encouraging colleagues to feel they can bring their whole selves to work.
We’re delighted to have such strong support from our team, as we prepare to proudly fly the flag at the Manchester Pride Parade 2025.
